FamilyCam Basic: everything you need

FamilyCam Basic gives you everything you need to feel safer in daily life. You get the FamilyCam wearable camera and the app,
and with a single press you alert the people you trust. They see where you are and can help.

How it works

  1. Validate the payment for the first month and the one off administratie/shipping costs.
  2. We send your FamilyCam and accessories to you.
  3. Install the app from the Google Play Store and connect your FamilyCam to the phone.
  4. Invite the contacts you want, and you are ready to go.

Use FamilyCam at home, on the go, while running or cycling, or whenever you want the reassurance of having support close by.

Good to know

  • One-time administration/shipping fee: €25
  • You can stop at any time: cancel by email and return your FamilyCam to us.
  • The FamilyCam remains the property of FamilyCam. If it is not returned after your subscription ends, a €50 charge applies.
  • If your FamilyCam becomes defective during normal use, we replace it at no additional charge, subject to our warranty terms.

  3. Validate the payment for the first month and shipping costs
  4. We’ll send your FamilyCam and accessories to you.
  5. Install the app from the Google Play Store and connect your FamilyCam to your phone
  6. Invite the contact persons you want, and you’re ready to go
  7. Use FamilyCam at home, on the go, while running or cycling, or whenever you want the reassurance of having support close by
  8. Want to stop? Simply cancel your subscription by email and return your FamilyCam to us.

Good to know

One-time administration & shipping fee: €25
Stop: When you cancel your subscription, simply return the FamilyCam to us.
Ownership: The FamilyCam remains the property of FamilyCam and must be returned when your subscription ends. If the FamilyCam is not returned after the subscription ends, a €50 charge will apply.
Guarantee: If your FamilyCam becomes defective during normal use, simply contact us. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional charge, subject to our warranty terms.
